These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuantumSimulation at quantumsimulation.in, operated by QuBorn (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding agreement and meet the minimum age in your country.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• New accounts start on the free Basic plan; some features require a Premium plan.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and for education, research or personal exploration.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Do not use the service to store or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not abuse the APIs or attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the circuits and experiments you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display your content back to you so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

4. Intellectual property

The QuantumSimulation name, software, design and original content are owned by QuBorn and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the service as intended.

5. Plans & changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, and adjust plan limits, over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.

6. Disclaimers

QuantumSimulation is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Simulations are for learning and modelling; while we aim for physical accuracy, we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or to protect the service and its users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
